It\u2019s been almost 12 years since pioneer winemaker Ricardo Hussong\u2019s Bodegas San Rafael<\/strong><\/a> winery released Passion Meritage<\/em>, the first wine to be 100% produced in Ojos Negros, which proved the region\u2019s potential for winemaking. And Enoteca Ojos Negros offers the full line of San Rafael wines, making it an excellent starting point to discover its premium wines and the essence of the region’s terroir, which has attracted the attention of other wineries like Monte Xanic, which has several hectares of vineyards in the area.<\/p>\n

You can taste ( and buy!) all of Bodegas San Rafael\u2019s wines in a relaxed atmosphere while you sample Real del Castillo cheese and gourmet pizzas. If that’s not enough, Enoteca Ojos Negros is just beside the famous Hussong\u2019s Cantina in downtown Ensenada, so you know what to do if you’re on an adventours spirit.<\/p>\n
