En el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Restaurante-Familia-Samarin\/166343466749851?fref=ts\" target=\"_blank\">restaurante de la familia Samarin<\/a> se pueden degustar pan, quesos, conservas y platillos tradicionales como peroshki (empanadas de borrego), shaslik (brochetas de borrego) y borsh, que es un caldo de repollo, adem\u00e1s de pizzas artesanales en horno de piedra y el vino de la casa, el galardonado Bella Terra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[ENGLISH]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The Valle\u2019s historic gastronomic roots can be traced back to 1905, when a Molokan Russian community fleeing from Europe decided to settle in Valle de Guadalupe. Aside from planting the first vineyards and making the first wines in this region, the Molokans\u2019 culinary influence can still be tasted thanks to the efforts of the Samarin family. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0 \u00a0Descendants of the original Russian settlers, the Samarins opened <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Restaurante-Familia-Samarin\/166343466749851?fref=ts\" target=\"_blank\">a restaurant and boutique <\/a>just a couple of miles south of the Francisco Zarco intersection. If you\u2019re going south on the El Porvenir highway, just ask for \u2018El Museo Ruso\u2019 and people will point you in the right direction.
